We had 2 nights stay at city view , multiple issues observed , bad maintenance, cockroaches all over the place . Bathrooms not clean and bathroom door was not closing . Did not get fixed even after waiting for one day. The receptionist was stubborn and very rude on complaints. The price asked was much higher than online price of this hotel . Really feel cheated and disgusted.

I will suggest to go and stay in Hotel City View.It was clean Hotel and there staff is very friendly.There rates are also good.My suggestion will be you just call hotelier and they negotiate the rate.

This hotel is located at a 5 mins walk from Sanpada Railway station. The hotel is basically a few floors inside an old commercial building which looks haunted. Room prices are very cheap and room is just about okay. You get what you pay. Ideal for solo travelers.

pros : * Not so costly according to Mumbai. * Near Railway Station. * on Mumbai highway *ATM's of almost all banks are very nearby. Cons : * Not so helpful staff. * unpleasant smell in rooms * Bugs in mattresses * No nearby Food joint .

Located within 2 minutes of Sanpada railway station. Extremely convenient to travel. The room rates were reasonable. The inhouse wifi had log-in problems, at times, but it was excellent when it worked. One can't expect the same service and standards as in a 3-star hotel. But overall it was value for money.
